A House
I summer 2018 my ex-boyfriend and I were guided (by my dead father) to a very special house in Tuscany, Italy. We bought it in 5 min. I saw my dream about a retreat center come through. For years it was “that house” remote viewers saw. But in March 2020 I had to end the relationship and a life with a caring and loving man, living in the most beautiful house, summerhouses both in Denmark and in Italy, 2 monthly travels around the world a year, a lot of friends – because I was called “crazy” (in so many variants you wouldn’t believe!) – when I followed my spiritual path and my trust in God.
One day my body just froze in his arms, and I couldn’t breathe when he tried to hug me – and I knew 7 wonderful years was over!
I found this beautiful house on the Internet, and I simply love it!
If it is sold before GESARA/NESARA is activated, I will find another beautiful house. My plan is to go and look at 10 different properties to make sure this is best for the purpose.
Rogheta Abbey
This restored historic hermitage (the property has been an old castle and a Augustinus Monastery) from the 13th century is located in the middle of a 2500-hectare forested nature reserve near Volterra in Tuscany, with an incredible sea view over the Etruscan coast, between Volterra and the sea – and is for those who love absolute privacy. The house seems to be hung between the sky and the Sea.
The property offers a magnificent panoramic view over the surrounding mountains to the sea and the islands of the Tuscan archipelago. The Tyrrhenian Sea can be reached in about half an hour by car and there is a short distance to the main tourist destinations such as Volterra, Siena, San Gimignano and Pisa. The current owners have managed to express the historical significance and the special atmosphere of the property in the best possible way during the restoration. Huge protective walls characterize the building from the outside, while creating comfortable, beautifully designed rooms that are oriented according to the Feng Shui principle.
About 350 m² net living space has been converted into approximately 500 m² gross area of the impressive walls spread over 4 levels, with an internal staircase.

In the cellar there is a beautiful, vaulted cellar that is currently used for wine tasting and meditation rooms.
The property has a swimming pool (9.5mX5m) and a large terrace with a 4-seater jacuzzi pool, from which you can enjoy a fantastic sea view and is surrounded by a lush oak forest of approx. 45 ha with natural springs.
A “clean” place – made with biocompatible materials and in the complete absence of electromagnetic fields. There are no electric pylons and the energy sources consist of a modern mikrocogenerator that produces hot water and electricity at the same time, no source of pollution, only the forest, the air and a wonderful view.
